Pascal is a Father of two boys, Munene 28, a Software Engineer in Canada and Kimathi 26, a Youth Sports Talent Builder, Author and Poet in Kenya. He is married to Rachel, a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist. Pascal is a Chartered Agricultural Engineer and Consultant in Farm Mechanization and Climate Smart Agriculture. He is a naturalist with great passion for advancement of nature and resource conservation. He has a natural soft-spot for children and animals. He is a retired NGO Head where for 25 years he led multi-million shilling projects in rural development and agribusiness. He founded the famous programme safeguarding the wellbeing of working animals, with special attention to the welfare of donkeys - The Heshimu Punda Programme, which has grown greatly over the years. With Mr. Mbogori, Pascal founded Children’s World (CW). The humble and extremely important work of CW is the one that fills and satisfies his passion for co-parenting with friend and stranger alike, to build a world with happy and confident children. Pascal founded Agrimech Africa Ltd (an award winning company) in 2014. AAL is an agricultural mechanization services company that is helping smallholder farmers (the needy majority of which are women), to farm easier, faster and more efficiently. One of Agrimech’s primary goals is to attract youth back to agriculture as agripreneurs.
