May begin to show their readiness for toilet training. This is a sensitive stage and should become apparent from observing the child. For Children’s World, this stage will be handled with the care, understanding and attention it requires. Toilet training will only be started when the parent is also in total agreement, so as not to confuse the child. Children’s World will agree to use the same method as the parent is familiar with or, as has been the case previously, orientate the parent to the Children’s World practice. With all parties working with the same approach helps to avoid confusing the child on something that can bring about a traumatizing experience. This could impact the child psychologically for life.
